The Administrative Court rejected our request
On February 13, 2024, the Tribunal Administratif rejected our request because we had never been able to obtain the expert report showing that :
- SNC Paetou had backfilled a plot of land that far exceeded the 1885m3 (as indicated on the building permit)
- Illegal extraction on plot CI 1
Why did this happen?
- An expert refuses his mission ordered by the Civil Court (buddy-buddy with the head of SNC Paetou?).
- SNC Paetou launched a contestation procedure to obtain an order to change the expert (buddy-buddy with the head of SNC Paetou bis?).
We’re doing everything we can to find a “neutral” firm of experts to demonstrate the fraud.
Our latest estimate for an expert appraisal is 800,000 xpf.
