This privacy policy describes how the Tāhei’Autī ‘ia Mo’orea Federation (“https://taheiautiiamoorea.org/, the “site” or “we”), in its capacity as data controller, is particularly attentive to protecting and respecting your privacy.

A. General information

The Tāhei ‘Autī ia Mo’orea federation was officially created on January 17, 2022 and was declared to the JOPF on February 01, 2022. It is an association under the French law of 1901, and its head office is located at Pafara’s Bar Teavaro, Moorea, French Polynesia. Its Tahiti number is E67700.

The federation’s postal address is BP 4100, 98728, Vaiare, Moorea, French Polynesia.

The president is Rahiti Buchin, treasurer Jody Grosmaire and secretary Tevaite Dufour épouse Lo.
The executive committee is made up of 22 members, all of whom are active volunteers and members of the federation.

B. Site edition and publications

The website is build by Mana Web Agency with the content of the Federation. The site is hosted by OVH SAS, a subsidiary of OVH Groupe SA, a company registered in the Lille Trade and Companies Register under number 537 407 926 and located at 2, rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix.

The publication director is Mr. Rahiti Buchin, in his capacity as president of the federation.

This site respects the copyright. All the contents, pages, scripts, icons or sounds of this site are the property of Fédération Tāhei’Autī ia Mo’orea. Any production, reproduction or representation of this site, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever is prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement that may engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer. It is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce the name “Fédération Tāhei’Autī ia Mo’orea” or its logo, alone or associated, for any purpose whatsoever and in particular for advertising purposes without the prior written consent of Fédération Tāhei’Autī ia Mo’orea.

2. Definitions

“Personal Data” or “data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. It is information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as the processing of Genetic data, Biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning the sex life or sexual orientation of a natural person. The site does not process any sensitive data.

“Controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing. In this case it is taheimoorea@gmail.com.
