The Federation ordered to pay XPF 330 000 in appeal to SNC Paetou

The Federation challenged the building permit issued to SNC Paetou for the Gemo building on the grounds that illegal fill had been deposited on the land in question.

As a result of this action, it was ordered to pay XPF 330,000 in appeal costs to SNC Paetou, represented by Mr. Olivier Billaudet, and to SCI Paetou, represented by Mr. Mantovani.

However, our warnings were well-founded: the expert reports we requested were based on official analyses.
Our conviction is based solely on the arguments of the opposing party, which we deplore.

We acted in the public interest, with no intention of causing harm, by denouncing the worrying facts related to this project.
All our actions are aimed at protecting the exceptional character of Moorea in the face of the threats it faces.
